Projects in Development
Creative projects shaped by story, culture and community.
Smoke Stories develops thoughtful, experience-led projects across storytelling, arts, culture, wellbeing, heritage, enterprise and social change.
This portfolio brings together the ideas, partnerships and programmes we are currently shaping — from participatory arts and sensory cultural experiences to creative enterprise support for people building new futures.
Some projects are in development and seeking funding, delivery partners or community collaborators. Others are emerging as public events and experiences, including Nocturne at Artwave 2026, an immersive evening exploring fragrance, storytelling, creativity and connection.
At the heart of each project is a simple belief: stories can help people feel seen, ideas can create opportunity, and creative experiences can bring communities together in meaningful ways.
